How to Order PSA Documents through GCash
The GCash app now makes it easier to request official PSA civil registry documents through PSAHelpline in GLife. Whether you need a birth certificate, marriage certificate, death certificate, or CENOMAR, you can order them directly from your phone.

Requirements Before Ordering
- You must be a Fully Verified GCash user.
- Ensure your name and birthday in GCash are correct.
- Have enough balance in your GCash wallet to cover fees.
- You can order documents for yourself, your parents, or your children.
- For delivery, you may assign an Authorized Person (with valid ID) to receive the documents at your address.
Steps to get PSA Documents via GLife
1. Open the GCash app and tap GLife. Alternatively, search for PSAHelpline or go to Government Services.
2. Confirm sharing your GCash info with PSAHelpline, then tap Continue.
4. Read and agree to the Terms and Conditions.
5. Your name and birthday will auto-fill from GCash. Double-check before proceeding.
6. Complete the request form:
- Select the certificate type.
- Indicate for whom the document is requested.
- State the purpose of the request.
- Choose PDF Download or Delivery.
- If delivery, provide your address and assign an authorized recipient if needed.
7. Review your order details carefully.
8. Tap Place Order and pay via GCash.
9. You’ll receive updates via SMS and email from PSAHelpline.
Important Reminders
- Once paid, applications cannot be edited or canceled. Double-check details before submitting.
- Fees are non-refundable.
- If you need both a birth certificate and a marriage certificate, file separate requests.
- You can order multiple copies of the same document in one request (up to 10 copies).
